Our Services

Orthopedic Rehabilitation:

  • A form of physical therapy that treats a variety of conditions that affect the skeletal and muscular systems. Depending on our patient’s condition our physical therapists work one on one with each patient to give them the specialized treatment they need to gain their strength back so they can get back to their everyday living.

Neurological Rehabilitation:

  • The nervous system is susceptible to various disorders. It can be damaged by injuries, infections, degeneration, structural defects, and tumors, as well as disorders in the circulatory system. The goals of a neurological rehabilitation program include helping our patients return to the maximum level of function and independence, and improving their overall quality of life.

Balance Retraining:

  • Balance Retraining is a specialized form of physical therapy to decrease, if not eliminate, primary symptoms of movement-related dizziness and imbalance through a customized "hands-on" approach.

Fall Risk Assessment:

  • Our fall risk assessment consists of two parts. Screening, which determines if our patients are “at risk” for falling by a series of tests given. The series of tests will provide accurate results as to what factors are making our patients “at risk”. Conditioning, a program will be designed specifically for our patients due to their determined factors as to why they are “at risk”. This program will help our patients increase their mobility and confidence which are critical in living an independent lifestyle.

Industrial Rehabilitation:

  • Industrial Rehabilitation is a structured and goal-oriented program designed to help our patients identify work capacities, regain functional skills and return to their everyday work routine.

Hand Therapy:

  • Hand Therapy is a type of rehabilitation performed by our physical therapists on patients with conditions affecting the hands and upper extremities. Hand therapy helps our patients regain maximum use of their hands after injury, surgery or the onset of disease.

Spine Therapy:

  • Mechanical Spinal Traction Therapy is one of many examples of how New Life specializes in state of the art equipment. Mechanical Spinal Traction involves the use of electronic traction units that exert a pulling force through a rope and various halters and straps. The tractive force results in longitudinal separation and gliding apart of cervical or lumbar spinal segments. The main purpose of Mechanical Spinal Traction is to reduce signs or symptoms of cervical or lumbar spinal compression.

Sports/Athletic Injury Rehabilitation:

  • Our goal at New Life is to maximize our patient’s level of function in daily life so they can return to work and play as quickly as possible. Our physical therapists make specific goals and treatment plans pertaining to each individual and their level of activity. Whether it is treatment for a torn ACL, tendinitis, or broken joints, New Life strives for success and will work with you to gain your strength and confidence back.

Injury Prevention Services:

  • Our physical therapist help educate our patients on injury prevention so they can live their life confidently while enjoying what they love to do.

Our goal is to maximize your level of function in daily life”
