Fall Risk Assessment:
Our fall risk assessment
consists of two parts. Screening, which
determines if our patients are “at risk” for
falling by a series of tests given. The series
of tests will provide accurate results as to
what factors are making our patients “at risk”.
Conditioning, a program will be designed
specifically for our patients due to their
determined factors as to why they are “at risk”.
This program will help our patients increase
their mobility and confidence which are critical
in living an independent lifestyle.
Our goal at New Life is to
maximize our patient’s level of function in
daily life so they can return to work and play
as quickly as possible. Our physical therapists
make specific goals and treatment plans
pertaining to each individual and their level of
